Hybrid approach

The Hybrid approach brings a mixture of 1-1 training and online programming. I will create a bespoke program for you to follow weekly, with optional nutrition guidance, weekly check ins and access to my online community support group!

As part of this package you will also have access to four monthly 1-1 personal training sessions. Within these sessions will we target key areas of your training which will maximize your results, break down technique, discuss each aspect of your training and gives us both a chance to overcome any obstacles we may be facing.
