Build is a program designed to take your strength and fitness to the next level. With 3 weekly sessions split into 2 full body strength days and 1 conditioning/Fitness building day, the Build program is for individuals who are looking for structured training that’s scalable to your ability, progressive and manageable around your lifestyle.

The Hybrid program is for those looking to take a unique approach to their training. A combination of strength work, conditioning and either run or bike. The Hybrid program works in 8 week training cycles with 5 different sessions per week, designed to progress on both the strength and fitness side of your training. Each training cycle will be scalable to your ability and current fitness level.

Whether you are experienced within the fitness space and looking for a different approach to training, or just getting started and want to make progress in your strength and fitness combined, the Hybrid program is for you.

Our Hybrid Perform program is an advanced and competitive step from our Hybrid program. With a similar approach in training style, you will focus on building strength, power, athletic ability, aerobic fitness and performance.

Hybrid Perform is for those who may be looking to compete in functional fitness, running, or strength based events. Run in 8 week training cycles, Hybrid perform includes strength and fitness testing every 16 weeks to track progress. Your first week will include testing to give you a start point to progress from.

Hybrid perform includes 6 workouts per week with a mixture of running/cycling, strength, plyometric, and conditioning work.

Experience level: Intermediate-Advanced
