My vision

Having spent over 12 years coaching people of all abilities, my approach to fitness is simple. The key to long term results, is developing a healthy relationship with every aspect of your fitness journey. This includes both training and nutrition.

When it comes to training, your routine needs to be right for YOU. This is not a one size fits all, what works for me may not work for you. However, the key training principles are the same. Your training needs to be something you enjoy, because it’s much harder to stick to a routine long term if you don’t. This is a value I strongly believe in. A healthy relationship is a long lasting relationship, one that runs alongside your current lifestyle.

Progress in your health and fitness goals take time, and consistency is often the hardest thing. This is where I come in. Your program will match your current fitness level, and working with me means having someone in your corner. When things feel hard and motivation drops, you have a coach you can rely on. Whether your goal is building muscle, strength, improve your fitness or compete in your first fitness event.

STRYV to me, means Stryving to be better everyday, whatever that looks like for you. Not everyday is a good day, not everyday will be a day you want to get up and go, but everyday is an opportunity to do something positive that is pushing you towards your long term goals. This is the mindset I myself live by which is why my coaching ethos is the exact same.

Above all, your fitness journey should be something you are very proud of. Whatever your stating point, pushing your limits everyday is not easy! Having the mindset of wanting to improve every day, is something that here at Stryv we live by.
