The Hybrid program is for those looking to take a unique approach to their training. A combination of strength work, conditioning and either run or bike. The Hybrid program works in 8 week training cycles with 5 different sessions per week, designed to progress on both the strength and fitness side of your training. Each training cycle will be scalable to your ability and current fitness level.
