The Grow program is for those wanting to build muscle mass, whilst still building fitness! Split over 4 weekly sessions, the grow program is designed to build muscle through progressive overload and splitting your training into specific sessions, all designed to target specific muscle groups.

Building muscle is not easy, but with a structured progressive plan, this process becomes a lot more achievable.

Your training schedule will be split into 4 different days, 3 lifting sessions and 1 aerobic builder. This aerobic builder will use a mixture of ski, row, run, bike and other functional exercises all designed to push your fitness to the next level.
